FCI Champaign is a great company to consider when flooring needs arise. It all begins with Calvin Teubel. Outstanding people skills and product knowledge from the time you meet for a consultation. Both install crews were very good and professional. Michelle does a great job with administration duties. I highly recommend this company.
What a great experience from start to finish! We enjoyed working with Calvin to help us pick out the perfect carpet for our upstairs to replace 24 year old carpet installed when we built. He was great to work with and we appreciated that they bring samples to our home! We also appreciated that their installers will move our furniture, which is something we can’t do anymore. The installation team was amazing…very professional and friendly, and they did a fabulous job...
My wife and I are very pleased with the consultation/quoting and installation of our new floors from FCI. Calvin was very thorough and helpful in us making our ultimate decision on the flooring for our home. The installers were very polite and worked very hard getting the job done in a timely manner. Great experience with new carpet installation. Calvin arrived at our door with a van full of samples and was able to measure and provide an estimate the same day. The installation crew was polite and moved furniture to remove and install new carpet all in one day. I would recommend them for your flooring needs.
